APG Yearling Sale

Exciting news for new members of The Creek. With the APG Yearling Sale fast approaching on 31st January 2021, APG in conjunction with ‘The Creek’ and Racing Queensland are making the opportunity to buy on the day more appealing than ever.

The QBRED Incentive Scheme continues to reward participants with the distribution of over $3 million in QBRED bonuses and feature race stakes.  This QBRED Incentive scheme sees the first-win bonus set at $12,000 at any age (regardless of how many interstate wins they may have had), as well as a further $7,500 cash bonus for their first QLD win in a subsequent season.

In addition to this, anyone who is fortunate enough to secure one of the 53 yearlings going under the hammer, who is a current ‘Creek’ member, will go into the draw to win one of two $2500 vouchers towards their purchases made on the day.

General Admission

We offer free admission on all general race meetings, feature race meetings or charity events may have an entry fee. If you are unsure if the day you are attending is a feature race meeting please contact the club on 07 3262 2577.

Dress Code

The minimum dress standard for members of the general public attending The Creek is clean and neat casual dress. Footwear is mandatory at all times. Members of the general public may be refused entry by Club Officials if it is felt that these standards are not being adhered to.

Parking

Free parking is available for all general race day attendees. Our carpark can be accessed via Yulestar St, which is directly across the road from the Breakfast Creek Hotel carpark.

Race Day Facilities

Located within our main Grandstand building you will find Pacers and Chasers Bar & Bistro, TOTE and self serve betting terminals, as well as glass windows and television screens for race viewing. The building has a disabled lift and the grandstand includes a viewing deck for wheelchair access.
